Keynote on Windows Updates

In brief, Windows Update is a service offered for free by Microsoft to its customers who purchase the original Windows Operating System. It could be configured based on your preference, from when to check for update to what to install.

Updating your Windows is crucial as to patch new security flaws and/or fix bugs in the system. But I know some people and a few friends of mine didn’t update their OS as their download speed is slow and therefore time-consuming and while updating OS, the internet surfing speed will be greatly reduced. In some areas, update could take up to one day or more, especially after reinstalling our OS as there are many things to be updated.

If you want to experience less downtime, less problem or without much worries. You are advised to update your OS at least once a week and seriously, don’t give any excuses of this and that.
